Who we are

These terms apply to MNT SERVICES LTD, trading as Trusted Figures, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11275766), with its registered office at 156A Horn Lane, London W3 6PH.

By using this website or engaging our services you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, please contact us before proceeding.

Our services

Trusted Figures provides accountancy and related professional services including tax returns, CIS refunds, VAT, payroll, company formation, and compliance support.

Information on this website is for general guidance only. It does not constitute professional advice for your specific circumstances.

Engagement

A separate letter of engagement governs each instruction we carry out for you. That letter sets out the specific scope of work, fees, timescales, and our respective responsibilities.

No professional relationship exists between us until a letter of engagement has been agreed and returned.

Fees

Our fees are agreed with you before work begins and set out in your letter of engagement. We will let you know promptly if the scope changes in a way that affects the fee.

Payment terms are as stated in your letter of engagement. Overdue amounts may attract a late payment charge.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing us with accurate and complete information in good time. We rely on the information you give us and cannot be responsible for errors arising from incomplete or incorrect instructions.

You must tell us promptly if your circumstances change in a way that could affect your tax or compliance position.

Liability

We take reasonable care in everything we do and are honest about what we cannot promise. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as tax refunds, reduced bills, or successful appeals, because those decisions rest with HMRC or other authorities.

Our liability to you is limited to the amount of fees paid to us for the specific service in question, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms and any engagement between us are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
